kay, skip a few days… Day 37 – Feb 24, 2012

no exercise i n the past few days besides work .. oH i did go swimming with amelia for one day.

and food,

i’ve eaten east asian food yesterday, cake, alcohol, pop, the other day i had popcorn, the usual rice, mcdonald’s breakfast, pho ~

Day 30, 31, 32, 33 – February 17, 18, 19, 20, 2012

I got too busy and tired to post .. so i’m trying to catch up, i’ll just post what i can remember i’ve eaten in the last few days…

  • pad thai
  • laksa x two
  • spring rolls, satay
  • apple, pomello
  • cola, ice tea, water, tea, hot chocolate
  • timmy’s sandwich, hearty bacon potato soup
  • rice noodles thingers

Exercise:

i had work work work and chinese dance, something like that.

ooops, i have been so busy i din’t blog or too tired from work i’ll try to write as much as i remember in the last few days..
